Milestone ROV work accomplished

RUE have just completed a 23 days ROV job for Intrepid Offshore in Nigeria
The scope of work was to hook up the mooring lines of the Oyo FPSO, a new FPSO which is a part of the first fully Nigerian operated oil field. The job was performed with a medium class ROV, the SubFighter 7500 system, and the system was mobilized onboard the vessel Armada Thua104.
This job is a milestone in the business, as it has to our knowledge never been carried out an operation like this by a medium class ROV.
The ROV is now back onboard the Viking Forcados and are at the moment doing a inspection of 8 anchor chains for Exxon.
